But don’t worry! There’s loads more to do, so check out our things to do in:
There’s so much more to see in Lanzarote than the sand, sea and your hotel pool, as attractive and inviting as they are!
This half-day tour, which includes pick-up from Costa Teguise, Arrecife and Puerto del Carmen, takes you firstly to Teguise, the island’s former capital.
Here you can spend time haggling with the locals for bargains at Teguise market or take a stroll around the Palacio Spinola and other historic sites in the pretty town.
And there’s always something interesting to see in Teguise, so keep your eyes peeled and camera at the ready for performances by colourful local folk groups in the central square of the town.
The second part of the tour is to the César Manrique Foundation, once home to the beloved Lanzarote-born artist.
Located in the old town, the Foundation displays sculptures and paintings not only by César Manrique, but by other talented avant-garde artists.
At the end of the tour, you’ll board the coach for the scenic journey back to your resort, arriving at around 1.30pm.
Boarding is at Marsa Al Seef opposite the Consulate of Kuwait. To view the location map, please click here >
