Enjoy fun new twists on family rides—with the addition of a JCB or two!

Fun Thrill Rides at Diggerland Yorkshire:

Take a turn on the hair-raising Spindizzy, a specially modified 360-degree digger, or head into Kart World, an indoor Go Kart circuit exclusive to Diggerland Yorkshire.

Gentler rides for little ones

If your little visitors would prefer not to go on the bigger rides, they can try driving a one-ton dumper truck—specially designed to go no faster than walking pace, or having a go on the carousel-like Dig-A-Round.

There’s a chance to try digging and recovering buried treasure, to drive dodgems, or head to any of the indoor and outdoor play areas.

There’s fun for the grown-ups too!

Parents can sit and watch or join your little tykes on some of the rides, like when you try to hook a duck by navigating the controls of a JCB together. And if you’ve ever had a secret wish to drive a JCB—have a go yourself!

You must use your ticket on the date you specify when booking

Height Restrictions:

For safety reasons, age and height restrictions apply on certain rides. Please click here to view the height chart.

Most rides (some incur a small additional cost)
Kids under 90cms tall receive free entry
Carers of disabled people receive free entry (one per paying visitor). Bookings inclusive of carer tickets MUST be made directly with Diggerland to qualify for the discount.

Dress code:

Please dress appropriately for this family themepark. Any guest deemed to be dressed inappropriately may be asked to change clothes or leave the park.

Weather policy:

Some rides or attractions may be closed in the event of lightning, high winds or thunder. In the event of rain there are indoor play areas (age &/or height restrictions apply).

Smoking policy:

There are designated smoking areas, and we ask guests do not smoke anywhere else in the park.

Food policy:

Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic to Diggerland. There are restaurants and cafes onsite, however please be aware that Yorkshire and Durham cannot accept card payments.
