The Empire State Building is pretty hard to miss, located in the centre of mid-town Manhattan. It is 5 minutes walk from Macy’s, 10 minutes walk from Madison Square Garden, and around 14 minutes walk from Times Square.
The Empire State Building is fully ADA-compliant, ensuring accessibility for all visitors!
The main entrance is wheelchair-accessible, and both motorised and non-motorised wheelchairs are allowed throughout the building. Ramps are available on every floor, and accessible toilets are located at the 86th Floor Observatory. Plus, the observatory features lowered viewing walls and binoculars to make viewing easy for everyone. Service dogs are welcome in all areas of the building!
Visitors with push chairs are welcome. However, they must be able to fold them up in the observatory areas.
