Uber Boats

  • Services run seven days a week and 363 days a year.
  • Weekdays: 5.25am to 11.28pm
  • Weekends: 8am to 11.46pm

The London Cable Car Experience (LCCE) has peak and off-peak opening hours.

  • Peak: During school holidays (UK schools), weekends and bank holidays we operate 10:00-19:00
  • Off-peak: At all other times we operate 10:00-17:00
  • Please Note: The LCCE will be closed from Monday 17 March to Thursday 27 March 2025

Departure times for Uber Boats vary depending on the time of day and route. There is usually a 10-20 minute frequency at key London piers. 

Cable cars arrive every 30 seconds and carry up to 10 people.

  • All boats are fully wheelchair accessible and all piers are wheelchair accessible apart from Cadogan Pier, Wandsworth Riverside Quarter Pier and London Bridge City Pier.

  • The IFS Cloud Cable Car has step-free access, and is accessible to most wheelchairs including motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

Uber Boats run in all conditions apart from extreme fog.

The IFS Cloud Cable Car may temporarily close due to:

  • Threat of lightning and thunder to the immediate area
  • Very strong winds
