The 3-4 hour tour begins in the district of Kazimierz. Originally founded as a separate town where Jews had the right to settle, it is now the historical centre of Krakow’s Jewish religious and social life.
One of the tour highlights is visiting Schindler’s Factory, where during WWII Oskar Schindler saved Jews from labour camps by giving them employment. His story went on to be told in the film “Schindler’s List”.
