You can access the observatory either via West Street (through the West Lobby) or through the underground pathway that connects the Oculus/Path train to Brookfield Place.
One World Observatory is wheelchair accessible.
There is an accessible pick-up/drop-off point along West Street, north of Vesey Street, where guests can use the West Plaza Entrance, or guests can access the Observatory from inside the World Trade Center Oculus.
There are wheelchair accessible toilets available and service animals, qualified and in training, are welcome in the Observatory.
This experience can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the ticket activation date.
