Northern Light Tours

Depart the bright lights of Reykjavík city center to see the dancing lights of the Aurora Borealis. Also known as the “Northern Lights,” it is one of the most spectacular shows during winter months. Head for wherever meteorologists have predicted the lights will be at their best that night. To get stunning views of the sky you will aim for areas with no artificial light. Hear explanations of how the Aurora Borealis is caused as a result of the gaseous particles in the earth’s atmosphere colliding with charged particles released from the sun’s atmosphere.
Benefit from an itinerary that includes stops for you to go outside and take photographs. The locations visited differ from day to day, but you will head in the direction with the most chance of seeing Mother Nature at work. Golden Circle Tour

Due to an environmental standpoint, the City of Reykjavik does not allow larger coaches on many of its streets. Therefore, during your transfer, you might have to change from a larger to a smaller bus at the BSI Bus terminal. The staff will make sure you feel confident and provide you all the information on the spot.
Do not worry about waiting too long - the buses are scheduled to depart 30-45 minutes after each flight for your convenience. The only thing left to do will be to relax and enjoy the views from the comfort of your seat.

Upon arrival at the Airport, please find the greeting staff in the arrival’s hall.
Your drop off with the Flybus PLUS will drop you off at the nearest bus stop to your hotel (based on the Reykjavik Excursions drop off zones), and upon your return pick you up from the same location to take you to the airport.

Northern Lights Tour
Booked for your first evening in Reykjavik if you are arriving in resort before 4pm. If your flights lands after 4pm, it will be booked for your second evening. Tour Duration: approx. 3.30hrs. Don’t forget to reconfirm your pickup details with the staff at the airport upon arrival if you are departing that same evening. GOLDEN CIRCLE Booked for your second day in Iceland and takes around 6 hours 30 minutes. Departure time is 9am with pick-up from 8.30am at the designated pick-up point.
Blue Lagoon comfort admission and return
Blue Lagoon experience will be booked on your third day. Departures run at 9am, 10:00am, 11:00am, 13:00pm, 14:00pm, 15:00pm and 17:00pm from Reykjavik to Blue Lagoon.
Please note pick up starts 30 mins before departure from Reykjavik City Centre. The last shuttle back to Reykjavik is at 20:15pm. Return transfers run at 13:15pm, 14:15pm, 16:15pm, 18:15pm and 20:15pm. Pick-ups will take place 30min before departure time and guest will need to be ready outside their hotel or designated bus stop.
