Welcome to the fascinating underwater world!
Diving without diving goggles and snorkel: at SEA LIFE Berlin visitors of all ages will discover fascinating underwater worlds. On an exciting journey from the springs of the Spree River to the depths of the Atlantic Ocean, magical sea creatures and their habitats can be discovered and admired up close in various themed areas and aquariums.
Are you brave enough to welcome a cleaner shrimp on your hand? Find out in our interactive Touch Pool and feel the tickling of the tiny creatures at your skin. As you walk through the glass tunnel, you will find yourself face-to-face to impressive rays and fascinating sharks! Did you know that rays are masters of camouflage? They can adapt their colouring to the seabed or bury themselves under the gravel and thus “blend” with the ground. How many rays do you spot at SEA LIFE Berlin?
Don’t miss out the daily feedings, where it can often be wild. What is the favorite dish of our rays and what do sharks prefer? Experience it yourself at our exciting feeding shows. Our aquarists feed our residents daily at certain times and you can become part of it! Watch and learn fascinating facts from our staff.
If sea creatures could talk, they would ask us to stop dumping tons of garbage in their habitats. We at SEA LIFE Berlin are ambassadors of the oceans and we will show you how everyone can participate! We tell you about plastics and other dangers and teach you how to protect our seas. Free our “plastic basin” from the garbage and thus clean a part of the sea yourself.
Join our seasonal events every year! We’ll start the year with Sonic the Hedgehog, who needs your help to stop evil Dr. Eggmann and save the underwater world. Discover the world of pirates and mermaids in summer and go on a mission with PJ Masks in autumn.
