  • The Walt Disney World Resort parks usually open at 9am. Closing times vary depending on the season.
  • Guests staying at a Disney Resort Hotel enjoy Disney’s Extra Magic hours during which each day one of the Parks opens an hour early or stays open up to an extra three hours.

Parking

  • Parking for cars and motorbikes is $20 per day. Campers and RVs are $22 a day
  • If you have paid for parking at one Walt Disney World Park, you can park at the other Parks on the same day for free

Where to bring your ticket

  • We’ll send you an e-ticket that’s ready to go – no need to queue at redemption points, just walk straight into enter the park!
  • On the back of your ticket you’ll find your own unique visitor number. Use it to complete your My Disney Experience profile and access your personal Disney holiday planner!

ID Required?

Photo ID may be required when you first enter the Walt Disney World Parks. Therefore we advise that you take some to avoid disappointment.

Smoking

Smoking areas are no longer present inside Walt Disney World. Designated smoking areas are available outside the entrance, and in Disney Resort hotels.

  • Where possible, restaurants and shops are wheelchair friendly.

The following clothing is not permitted:

  • Adult costumes or clothing that could be viewed as representative of an actual Disney Character
  • Masks
  • Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics
  • Excessively torn clothing
  • Revealing clothing that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment
  • Objectionable tattoos
  • There are a huge variety of restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort, ranging from à la carte meals to self-service outlets, bars and cafés for sandwiches and snacks.
  • Guests are welcome to take snacks and food that does not require heating into the Parks but please do not bring any glass containers (except baby food or perfume bottles)
  • Loose and dry ice are not permitted in the parks.

No – the deals we offer are specifically for advance tickets. Admission prices at the park entrance can be much higher than booking tickets in advance, so we always recommend to book before you get there!

Unfortunately not – Our tickets are exclusive to UK customers and can only be purchased by customers with a UK address and using a UK-registered payment card.

No – as long as you activate your ticket by 31st December in the year you selected when making your booking, you will still be able to use it into the new year.

For example, if you begin using a 14-day ticket on December 31st, you will be able to use it until January 13th the following year.

You heard right! The Walt Disney World Resort is about the same size as the City of Manchester!

Fortunately there are free boats, buses and monorails that will take you between the Disney Park and Disney Resort Hotels

To start using My Disney Experience you will need to scratch off the panel on the back of your ticket to reveal the 12-digit number to link to My Disney Experience (don’t worry, this doesn’t invalidate your ticket!)

Once you’ve scratched off the foil, visit My Disney Experience and enter the complete number into your profile. You can then begin to personalise your holiday plans!

Children under 3 can enter the Disney Parks for free. However, please be aware that you may be requested to show ID for proof of age.

Your ticket includes entry to Disney’s miniature golf courses. Golf equipment is not included but available for hire.

You may visit one miniature golf course for one round per day. However, you cannot visit both courses on the same day. Your round must start before 4pm.
